Yoga for Mums

If you're a mum looking for a calm, supportive way to move and feel stronger, you're in the right place.

Gentle yoga sequences designed to ease the aches and niggles of motherhood, like sore backs, shoulders and hips, while gradually improving core and pelvic floor tone.

Come for the yoga, stay for the community. You’ll find mums a few steps ahead who can share what they’ve learned, and mums just starting out who are looking for support and guidance.

Whether your baby is in the midst of a sleep regression, your toddler is throwing themselves on the floor like a woodlouse, your preschooler is insisting “I do it!” for every. single. task, or you’re juggling the school run with work while “What’s for tea?” rings in your ears, you’ll find smiles, solidarity and support here.
